Achlochan Coastal Heritage was a partnership project between the local crofters, The Scottish Wildlife Trust, Scottish Natural Heritage and Coigach-Assynt Living Landscape.  It involved an archaeological survey of the iron age broch, repairs to the WW1 firing range, path work, bird monitoring, oral history and restoration of natural habitats.

Information is also available on the Coigach & Assynt Living Landscape website
